The Franklin Press featured coverage of LTLT’s effort to acquire the J.H. Duncan Oil Company property (former CITGO gas station) in its November 29 edition. LTLT has signed a contract to purchase the brownfield property, but a final purchase will depend on whether LTLT can enter into a satisfactory Brownfields Agreement with the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
